    I am looking into the gelatin..It seems pretty comparable to egg white protein powder.

    My smoothie was coffee, the last of my choc egg white protein powder and some frozen green beans and CM. I have to say it.. I am loving the fact I am getting my veggies this way. I also took a 2 hour nap so feeling better. Tonight I will have some chicken and another smoothie. The smoothie will probably have: CM, berries, orange, broccoli and perhaps some carrots and tea.

    Yep, the smoothies are definitely something that feels more like a treat than that I am getting in my veggies. And they are very filling.

    I am thinking I am going to get some of the non-congealing gelatin and send a package to my mom who is trying to avoid getting a knee operation and trying to speed my dad's healing process.

    Ummmmmm.. crap?? On a side note, I forgot my lunch.. so I may just need to IF it. The calories has me flipping a bit. I had 2 chicken thighs and a smoothie.

    Picture day today.. I can not even begin to describe how much I hate this day.

    I would worry more about the fat if you are shooting for equal %'s of each macro. where did your fat come from (also if your fat was about where your carbs and protein are your calories would be like 250 to 300 lower)

    Ok.. went back to look at the stats for the food in the fitbit.. the chicken thighs were WAY off.. here are the new stats..

    Some is from the chicken, some from CM, some from eggs (I put a couple eggs in the smoothie) and then it says flax seed has some too as well as the broccoli (????)
