We report next week *le sigh* but the good news is my classroom is ALMOST done so then I can focus on the first couple weeks of school.
I have noticed I get a little sleepier than I used to. They advised my daughter to take hers in the evening but I did not get the same instructions. Its not imeding my day and I actually woke at 4:45am (15 min prior to alarm going off) so either the meds are working or my primal clock is synching. Lets just say its the primal clock shall we?? LOL Whole 30 is T.O.U.G.H! I am not sure of the differences really. In both they discourage dairy, artificial sweeteners, discourage potatoes, corn etc.
I am still journaling So.. today I think I did pretty well (still on dairy for a couple more days then zippo on that). They put some tortilla chips in my salad tonight and it was not the corn ones. Ugh!! Which is the lesser of the 2 evils.. corn or wheat?? They both suck. It made me crave a piece of my daughters bread, I indulged... crap. Onward and upward.. not slowing down. so today I was about 25-30% off. Not great but as I see it, it has been way worse in the past.
Cordains Paleo- working off dairy and will work off artificial sweeteners soon (dear God!!) What will I put in my koolaid and coffee??

One I have little to NO boxes I might start looking at the stats (cal, fat, carbs, protein etc.) though I think for the MOST part my carbs are low and my protein is moderate to high. Of course we all know that fat people can not realistically estimate or we would not be fat. Well, this is so in my case.
