    Agreed. I really had no concept of what "bad" could be until I started gaining 2-3 lbs a day. I hit a weight yesterday that was scary. I'm hoping that I will absorb the lesson in what it feels like to be back here even if it is temporary. My legs feel leaden, my joints hurt and my skin itches from being stretched. I will actually be immensely grateful to get back to the low 220's.

    funny thing for me is that I tend to gain in my belly, nearly instantly, and it feels like it is in the way, waist bands are noticed even if they are tight yet. In other words I can feel things touching me around the waist when I am carrying anything extra. I tend to lose there first as well, but that takes me some time to notice.

    But I was thinking more about when she said she had been eating so badly. When I overeat, or even binge, it is rarely as bad as I thought it was if I take the time to track it.

    Oh yeah..not all primal foods and no change in clothes..in fact at times they seem looser..weird. could it be the extended daily if's? I am working on getting back on track just surprised i did not derail myself as bad as i thought.

    I would love to try the extended daily IFs, but I am concerned it would mess with the hypoglycemia. I would have to make sure I got all my cals & carbs in during those 5-6 hrs.

    Have a great time - lots of walking for slow movement and maybe moving meditation will do you wonders!
