Lily's sausage smelled so good this morning. I am not / was not hungry so did not break the fast. I know I eat out of boredom and eat " because its there "..this I am working on. I also eat when stressed (hence yesterdays jellybeans) . You would think if I could identify it I could fix it. Ugh! So I am still not weighing daily, it helps the scale is broken. My goal is to eat once in the window. As it is now, I eat at the start and a snack at the end.
Tired this morning.. day 2 no coffee. Yesterday was unintentional but this morning I thought I would switch to ice tea..wouldn't you know..its decaf.

Lily 's medicine they say will take a week or more to kick in and have an effect..poor baby! Her birthday is next weekend..am I ready? Nope. At least I do not feel ready.

I was looking for something in my son's room, which I very rarely enter as it is a disaster area, and found a bag that had Christmas candy (still in its wrapper) sitting in there. I took it out as food is not allowed outside of the kitchen, dining/living area, and it has been sitting in the pantry since then, he finally nibbled on the chocolate Santa last night. When his sister was home it was all I could do to keep her away from it! And she is the one with the perfect body, he is a bit on the chubby side. Go figure!

Sloop hard to stay out of candy. I am resolved to avoid it today. Getting things done for lily's party next weekend. Should keep me busy and out of a snack mood. Although I am not hungry, I did have coffee this morning and feel human.
