mmm, odd. Did you do something different yesterday, late activity or fluids, etc?

According to fitbit I had a good day!

    1400 calories, 90g fat, 40 g carbs, 112 g protein
but still falling short on steps. Got home later than planned so did not go for a walk. that would have probably given me my high in steps so far, though still less than 10,000. There is always tomorrow..*sigh* I need to walk at lunch as well I think too. Ugh!! Always so much to do...the running club is starting up at school soon.. maybe I will walk with some of the kids that do not run.

-4 this morning and only 4 away from where I was before I moved. WHOOP! Last night was another rough night sleep. I think I got it pegged though. At around 1am the moon is shining through my window like a beacon. Seriously lighting up the room. All I have are miniblinds on the window.. I need to put up some darker curtains or something.

B: 3 eggs with spinach and mushrooms
L: chicken vegetable kelp noodle soup
D: left over ribs and coleslaw

the moon has been very bright the last couple of nights here anyway. That is an easy solution.

congrats on the loss. Don't beat yourself up about the steps or you will get to where you dread it, makes it more of a chore than a joy. Work on getting consistent where you are, then slowly add. You will get there. For me, it only took adding 30 minutes on the treadmill, no long tortuous walks needed. Promise yourself that no matter what you will at least walk around the block. Maybe in the beginning you will only walk around the block then as it becomes more of a habit and it feels right your block will get bigger.

ok..I am on via a POS, so hopefully I can go back and read what I missed yesterday.

this morning -2 only 2 more pounds to get where I was before "the move". BooYA!

B: 3 eggs.. need to grocery shop, out of veggies suitable for eggs..LOL
L: chicken vegetable soup.. there may be a few kelp noodles in there but not enough to count I am still waiting for Dillons to get back with me to see if they can get me a case at a reasonable cost.
D: Chicken in the crockpot as we speak. With the ribs I have had yesterday and the day before I have used a little bbq sauce. Not much, more for some additional flavor and my carbs have been down so I think I have been ok. I will probably use bbq sauce again tonight. I need to make some primal bbq sauce but its the timething. Perhaps this weekend. Then again, I have a chili competition this weekend (need to make a simple primal chili for the church's cook off and pinewood derby).

My drink ofchoice this week has been coffee with HWC. So far so good..

sleep: Ok with my computer on the fritz, I can not track my sleep with the fitbit BUT I did cover the window with the blaring moonlight and it made a huge difference. So.. we shall see. I need cutains
