I found another site to wile away the time (like I need that). It is kind of like Pinterest, it is called Juxtapost It! Supposed to have a few features that Pinterest doesn't have. I will take some time to check it out sometime this weekend, but thought you might find different stuff for your small space.

I get mine from Vitamin Cottage/Natural Grocers. I've seen them in Whole Foods as well.

Send me some of your breakfast. I only have collards, spinach, mushrooms, and kelp noodles left in the 'fridge.

Ruth that combination with steak and eggs would be magnificent!! Oh.. just finished a batch of beef jerky. For this batch I used coconut aminos, ACV and mustard with horseradish. YUM!! Great flavor. I also sliced it a tad thicker so it would not be crunchy shoe leather..LOL

    I LOVE steak and eggs

I've been doing ground beef jerky. Seems easier for DH (who has braces) to eat. I've been using ground beef, roasted green chile, and Emeril's creole seasoning (minus the cayenne since I have green chile). It's the family favorite. I also made a sausage-like one, which was okay. I had hoped the family would eat it for breakfast since they struggle to get in enough protein
