Ramblings, Ravings and Rants.: Delayed weekend recap–Autumn is coming
No carb, as in no veggies whatsoever? Not really, because I'm not sure what I'd eat (I guess that's Intro GAPS diet for you though, broth and meat). I don't think I could handle ketosis and I don't WANT to lose fat (I don't have much to lose before I think it'd be dangerous). I'm worried that by completely eliminating stuff like fiber, I'll mess up my system even more. Yeah, rotating anti-fungals seems to be the key, which I have not been doing. I have an idea of some things I'd like to try for this next month, like oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar (3 tsp in water, at least once a day), Acidophilus, and garlic (yeah, might end up swallowing peeled, whole cloves!). Much cheaper than everything else I've been taking, too!
Thanks for the imaginary yogurt. I decided to end my Whole30 early by incorporating a serving of yogurt daily for a while (still planning on being strict no-grain, no added/refined sugar or starches, no-legumes). I don't know if it'll help or hurt, but it's tasty and I'm feeling kind of oh-fucking-well about it all right now. We'll see how my appointment goes later today.
Had some trouble falling asleep last night, but otherwise, slept okay. I'm feeling better in general, after feeling totally wiped out and sick-ish for the past few days. I might even go biking this evening, since I'm actually feeling like doing it. The constipation has alleviated a bit, so I think that's a large part of why I feel better (though not 100%)! The itchiness is also better today. I wonder if my garlic supplements and overnight remedy actually got me going towards mending. I still want to get a prescription for Nystatin, just in case. I am focusing heavily on hydration today, no tea, just in case that's been causing problems for me.

My larger cast iron needs to be re-seasoned, badly! It has white residue on it. I don't need it for making dinner tonight (sweet Italian sausages), so perhaps I'll do a seasoning session, and a few more this weekend.
