The goal is to eat within 30 minutes of waking up, lunch 5-6 hours after breakfast and dinner 5-6 hours after lunch and 4-5 hours before bed.
I weighed and measured this morning.
Today - 12" neck, 31.5" waist, 39.625" hips - 34.8% body fat
Yesterday - 12" neck, 31.5" waist, 39.625" hips - 34.8% body fat
Neck, waist and hips stayed the same
Body fat decreased by 0%
Since starting 3 days ago:
Waist decreased 3/8"
Body fat decreased 0.5%
Today - 50.4 lbs. body fat - 94.4 lbs. lean mass - 145.4 lbs.
Yesterday - 50.6 lbs. body fat - 94.8 lbs. lean mass - total 145.4 lbs.
Lost 0.2 lbs. of body fat and lost 0.4 lbs. of lean mass
Lost 0.6 lbs. on the scale
Since starting 3 days ago:
Lost 1.1 lbs. of body fat and lost 0.1 lbs. of lean mass
Lost 1.2 lbs. on the scale
Yesterday, I went to bed at 9:15 pm and read until 9:45 pm. I did not sleep well - lots of tossing and turning - in my blacked out bedroom ( I even cover my alarm clock numbers to block out the light) and woke up without an alarm at 5:50 am this morning.
