    My boss today

    Primal Fuel
"She doesn't eat meat. That's her choice"
"You eat meat. That's your choice"
    "Deal with it"

    Round two, fight!

I have had an absolute clash with my new co-worker. She's vegetarian, passive, and not fun. She also reads about plants all the time...which I don't mind one way or another, but it is hell living with her!

Anyways, my boss is vegetarian too. I feel like those two hold this moral agenda against me with that being one of the key pieces. I actually explained it out to this co-worker a couple days ago...of course she had no response to my points.
"Where do you get your B-12?"
    "I don't know...."
"The body burns fat better than carbs"
    "....."
"The digestive system is way better without grains, dairy, legumes."
    "....."
"Eating meat is part of the optimal human diet. If not for everyone, I would say 90%."
    "Well, I think I'm pretty healthy. I don't think I need meat."
(She says this as an emaciated, almost sickly looking person...at 23 years old)

    Frustrating...

    Oh well, I'm done ranting.

So...who is proselytizing who? I could understand if she gets in your face every day, but it kinda sounds like you're harassing her.

You mean "passive" as in "not confrontational or argumentative", right?

I think its best to not try and reason with vegans. It's like a religion with them.

That was the only time I argued with her. Sorry I didn't explain the full situation. She tells my boss on me if I don't do the dishes immediately which leaves a meat smell (or I leave a meat smell in any other way). I also got told on for not flushing the toilet....sorry I forget on occasion.

Yes I mean passive as in avoiding confrontation. It's a little bit deeper than that if you want to get philosophical. Nietzche writes some interesting stuff on the two main competing moralities. I'm not a huge believer of his, but it gives you a framework. Master-morality vs slave-morality if you wanted to look it up. Basically, we just have opposite outlooks on life. That was my point. And because passivity is the status quo here, I can either quit or shut up. I'm just letting off frustration...

    Haha oh god...

I've already been reprimanded for smelling like salmon 'because we live in a close office space'. I'm not going to lie...I can be a messy eater. I probably wiped my hands on my pants. But still...what do you expect a human being to smell like? Flowers?

Honestly, if you are upset about the dishes but start ranting about B-12, the passive-aggressive one ain't her.

A healthy human should not stink like fish - As a meat eater, even I would have a problem with that. LoL
If this person is not arguing about food with you - then you need to back off. Don't use your diets in your fights about other things.
