Staccato sleep pattern?!
For some reason I really can't pinpoint, I've been having really intermittent sleeping patterns lately.
What I mean is, I'll sleep for 4 hours, wake up and be fully rested. Then during the day I'll need to sleep again for another 3-4 hours.
I'm going to bed at a "semi-regular" time (anywhere from 12AM-2AM. Could be better, I know.) Then I'll wake up around 4-6AM and go about my business. Then later in the day, probably around 3PM I'll become very tired again and have to take an extended nap.
I've been taking a 5-HTP supplement, but I've been taking that for a while and have never experienced anything like this. As you can imagine, this presents somewhat of an inconvenience for me.
who ever thought, that a mono phase sleep pattern is standard?
