    Will my week work?

    Primal Fuel
I am trying to come up with a week food plan to get me on a schedule, cuz when I'm not, its no good... But I am just wondering if I'll have sufficient vegetable intake, as I'm plainly not a fan of veggies, but am a big fan of fruits. So I was thinking my week would look something like this.

    Breakfast's
4-6 oz. steak with 2-3 eggs, 1/2 cup strawberries, hot green tea.

    Lunch's

Dinner Leftovers, either a veggie and meat soup/stew, or meat with stir fry. An apple or fruit on the side. (When I think of these I think of the
Chicken and Shrimp Soup | Mark's Daily Apple
Italian Sausage Meatballs with Fresh Herbs | Mark's Daily Apple (with homemade tomato sauce)
Primal Jambalaya | Mark's Daily Apple
    type things... or something similar.)

    Dinner's

Same as above, but fresh, and fresh caught fish on weekends.

I also planning on doing IF from friday night dinner to saturday night dinner (so 24 hours)

Any lunch suggestions would be great, but I've really found over the years that leftovers can't be beaten.

Half a pound of green stuff per day is sufficient in most cases; if mature, leafy greens (kale, collards, etc) are used you may be able to get away with less. Use fitday, nutritiondata, or something else similar to track micronutrition to determine if habitual intake is enough.

I've heard of people making a vegetable mash potato of sorts? Sounds like something I'd do to fit them in.

You can do a cauliflower mash with butter and it will be somewhat like mashed potatoes. If you're making soups and stir-frys you could throw some peppers, onions, tomatoes....things like that in that wouldn't be as noticed....just start with a really small amount and if you like it, add more.

Try some baby spinach. Even my picky kid will eat a little handful of those

She'll also eat sweet peas and baby cucumbers. But that's about it.

No, but you have to start somewhere! Variety is important. Just start experimenting and trying new things. Even just cooking veggies a different way and you might find you like them....have you tried roasted veggies?

my best bet is to start stir frying them, and also start having the raw veggies for lunches that i like as well.
