"Babies" documentary and dental health
A few months ago I read the classic Weston A. Price "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration". Then I watched the amazing documentary "Babies" for the third time, but this was the first time I'd watched it since reading Dr. Price's book.
It's amazing to see the perfect teeth of the African mother and kids. Their teeth are white, straight, and abundant. Then there's a brief shot of the Japanese mother's teeth, crooked, yellow, and quite nasty.
Just an anecdotal ramble, but a modern visual of "primal" health.
If you haven't seen the documentary, watch it. The lifestyle of the African and Mongolian families is pretty cool.
