See, this is why I like the simplicity that is, "Don't act poorly." It encompasses the not eating x to moderate Y, it includes upping activity, because sedentarism (word check!) is acting poorly. As is needing guilt and judgement to act correctly.
It's also totally one size fits all, in fact, its only failure is that it's subject to wide interpretation.
