L chicken with tomato zucchini carrots bellpepper mushrooms and onion
S a Lara bar and later munched on a few baby carrots
D beef shrimp and sausage kabobs with bell pepper and onion I also had a salad with lots of leafy greens tomato apple mushrooms and purple onion
