A friend's father just gave me three giant packages of deer pepperoni. He shot the deer and had it made into a ton of pepperoni and jerky and now he's a bit sick of it (there's a lot of meat on a mule deer).
I've had one piece and it was so damn good that I'm sure I'll eat the rest pretty quickly. I'm hoping there isn't a ton of sugar and bad oils, but if there is, well.....I'm still going to eat it.
I'm just curious, though, if anyone on here has made their own pepperoni and what exactly they put in it?
