Mine:

teaspoon fermented cod liver oil
bowl of bread-free gazpacho soup
1 thick rasher of nitrate-free bacon (about 1 oz.)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter (used some to fry the eggs, ate the rest off the spoon)
Half a small punnet of raspberries (about 2.5 oz.) with 1 tablespoon double cream
Coffee with 1 tablespoon double cream

I know numbers from trackers don't mean much, but FWIW:

629 kcal (68% fat, 22% protein, 10% carbs)

Delicious. And I bet I'm not even hungry by lunchtime: I rarely am.
