    Guess I have to cut out a few things....

    Primal Fuel
    Sun Flower Seeds as snacks.

    Mayo with the Tuna I eat at lunch.

    Beer. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

    Diet Coke.

    Cheese - Going Paleo to lose weight

    Just a few things off the top of my head.

    You can always make your own mayo. Its super easy!

    What's wrong with sunflower seeds? Of course, snacking in general should be avoided.
    Home made mayo is yummy but very calorific. (Just less bad for you than the store bought kind).

    Uhm, why would you drink diet soda?

    Also, cheese in moderation does seem to be fine enough to be included in the book.

    might help if you stop thinking about "i can't have", and instead think about all you CAN. why put yourself in that mindset? primal isn't supposed to be about deprivation... JMHO.

    Avoid "cottage cheese" then. Hard, full-fat cheese won't pose a problem with weight-gain.

    Gruyere cheese: 1 serving (approx 2 oz) = 0.2 g carbs
