So here is my first little update for my log.
Starting weight around 79 kg and 18% bf.
Lifts before i injured my shoulder were
Deadlift: 155 kg
Bench: 100 kg
Chin:25 kg
Overhead Press:70 kg
Ring Dips: 32 kg
I will ditch these exercises for now since my shoulder rotator havent healed since 3 month(another reason to go primal)
So my workout today consists of Pushups,Squats,Planks and after that 1-2 hours of walking paired with enjoying the sun.
Sleep was a bit bad since it was extremly humid and hot yesterday,had a battle against a mosquito that night(i won) and was still feeling bad about my last insulin spiking meal ever.
From eating perspective,i normally fast until 4 or 5 in the afternoon.
First meal is:
500 gr macrele
1 handfull of walnuts
some kimchi
some green leavy vegetables
120 gr of half forzen bluebeeries
secong meal(around 8 or 9 pm)
50 gr of dried squit
1 handfull of walnuts
i drink when i am thirsty,but should be around 3,5 l conisting of green tean,oolong tea and water
