    Grrr belly fat and boobs!

    Primal Fuel
I am almost 27 years old and have ALWAYS been dealing with belly fat and large breasts. (well the breasts came later of course). I really want these 2 things to minimize! I want my belly flat and my chest...well flatter but not FLAT of course! I'm wondering if belly fat getting softer and more jiggly is a good sign. I hate to say that my fat is more jiggly but it is. Is this good or bad??? I've tried measuring to see inches lost but it's just not really working out for me. I've lost 15 lbs total. I want to lose 25-30 more. I have had back pain since 7th grade and I really do believe it is because I have a large chest. What do you think??

Before my weight loss I was a DDD, and I had horrible back pain. I'm now down to a C and there's no pain at all. Granted, the right bra does help, but it's definitely easier to get a better bra the smaller you are.

Your back pain is probably posture related.

I have always found that when the fat gets squishy you will wake up in a few days appearing leaner. It's like it is transforming and it takes a few days for it to finish. Lyle McDonald's article that Autumnrose posted pretty much says the same thing.
And while the back pain might be posture related, the posture is affected by having large amounts of weight on your chest. Sort of a chicken and egg scenario. I have a friend that had breast reduction surgery (much to the chagrin of my immature male friends) and she feels much better, and dare I say she *looks* a helluva lot better too. More proportioned.

I wonder if strengthening the muscles would have help?

I am sure it would, as it couldn't hurt. However, depending on the size/weight of the breasts you might not be able to win that battle. My friend that I spoke about is 5'2" and had size 60(something) I cups. I would bet they weighed somewhere in the 30 lbs (each) vicinity. Definitely not healthy. She could have exercised until she was stronger than a silverback gorilla and it wouldn't have made a difference. LOL.

It's a combination or both. Posture will help as well as strengthening the muscles. I recall a video on youtube with a well endowed porn star named Daphne Rosen who had no back issues and asserted it was due to how she carried herself, keeping her shoulders back and not slouching.

I'd link it, but I'm not going to look for it while at work :P

I had a rather large chest and it has gotten way smaller. Get a good bra. Most stores depending on where you're from have bra fitting experts. I was very pleased when I broke down and had someone help me find the fight fit.
    Good luck!!
Had no idea I was so weak till I started walking in October. Could barely make it around the block!
Now can walk on the beach for hours.

As I've been losing weight, I've been having fewer back problems - I'm sporting a fairly large set of boobs as well. The last couple of days, my back has been super painful in the same places I had problems before. I've realized that the last couple of days I've been wearing a bra that doesn't provide very good support, its a loose sports bra like I always wore before I broke down and bought ones that fit. I'm going to guess that as soon as I throw this out and make sure I wear a good bra, my back will feel better.

Threads about titties going away are depressing. FWIW, there is indeed a "Primal Breasts" thread out there.....just saying.
