So, two weeks ago dumb me thought I was buying Stevia to put in my tea when I purchased Truvia at my local grocer. Truvia is not pure Stevia! I found that out the hard way. Today I feel so crappy. I have gas pains in my neck and shoulder just like I had years ago after undergoing a laproscopic surgical procedure. I just finished reading about Truvia and threw it all away.
I'm trying to remember where I read it, but apparently as stevia goes, Truvia is about the worst option for it. I prefer NuNaturals brand, and I usually opt for the alcohol-free liquid.
Also useful information: Stevia in the Raw's first ingredient is dextrose. Feh.
