    I used to weigh myself every morning, and that would determine my mood to start the day.
    Since going primal, I haven't weighed myself at all, and don't have any plans to do so in the near future. I may do it after the New Year, for the hell of it.
    For me, one of the freedoms of primal eating and regular exercise is not caring what I weigh, because if I'm eating natural foods and exercising regularly, my weight will be healthy, no matter what the scale says.
    I judge it by how my clothes fit.

    I finally stopped the every day weigh in when I saw progress in my measurements. So if my waist stays the same, or gets smaller, I finally figured out that the scale number is irrelevant.
