I have discovered the best tasting ribeyes by a local farmer in mcKinney. The brand of beef grass fed cow is Waygu. Pricey at $25/lb but worth every penny. Other non Waygu ribeyes that are grass fed go for $17/lb. Still great tasting grilled!
Anyone have tried this brand of ribeye or can suggest a certain grass fed ribeye that's head and shoulders above commercial stuff like Kegs, outback, etc?Every steakhouse ribeye most likely corn fed on the road simPly does not compare what I have at home.
During breakfast today, Abby asks, "How would this juicy, fat, sweet blackberry taste on top of my bacon?" I said it would taste BerrySwine...;-P
