The slow method of bodyweight exercises is exhilarating. I am personally loving it. I'll do 5 push-ups and almost kill myself. Its insane. All it takes is 3 pull-ups too. And my record for normal speed is 14. SO its not like I can't do any pull-ups...

I love going slower because I feel like I am in control. I add resistance myself. I feel like my form is nothing short of perfect. Its awesome.
