    Ideas for cacao nibs?

    Primal Fuel
I just bought my first bag of these and am still getting used to the flavor/texture. I've tried mixing them into plain greek yogurt and I liked that. Also tried mixing them in to my coffee and liked that (infuses a cocoa flavor while drinking, then I chew up the nibs at the bottom of the cup when I'm done!).

What are some other primal uses of this interesting food?

I like to melt some extra dark chocolate and mix nibs in and then spread them on a baking pan to harden to make like a thin bark (usually I stick in freezer to speed up the process) It's yummy

A few weeks ago I made a killer Cherry Garcia tribute with my ice cream maker. Heavy cream, cinnamon vanilla coffee creamer, sugar free white chocolate instant pudding as thickener, frozen black cherries, and cacao nibs. SO FREAKING GOOD!

I also thought they'd make a good coconut bark.

Once you do get used to the taste/texture they make great hiking treets. I keep an old shaker container of them in my back pack, which I have at work also so I have them around all day.
