I have lost some unusual weight this last week...about seven pounds. I posted yesterday, asking if this weight loss was due to my new found primal lifestyle or because I was sick last week. The answer I got was that it was most likely water weight loss.
Should I be replenishing my glycogen stores during the week at all to help retain some water? Also how does this affect taking creatine?
I would just go about your training and eating and water drinking as you have planned. Your body will take of itself.
If your workout are suffering then perhaps a couple days with 100g more of carbs will prob help.
I always assume people know what I am talking about. Big mistake.
