    Hey all,

Saw this clever recipe on bodyrock.tv. It uses a portobello mushroom in place of a pizza crust, so you can make primal mini-pizzas!

Unfortunately, I don't eat dairy. Of any kind. This is for reasons beyond health.
I know that there are SOME grokkers out there who don't eat dairy either! Do you have recommendations for a cheese substitute??

    Thanks (& You're Welcome!)

Just don't add the cheese. No substitute needed.

Almond cheese can be a pretty good substitute if not used all the time. Read the labels however. Some brands include rice starch and such as fillers. Tastes yummy and melts like real cheese (unlike tofu yuckiness).
