That's a foolish statement- primal works quite well for bulking.
Primal + potatoes is as good as any diet for putting on muscle.
Yup, heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas... Don't need to keep any of that healthy. It's all about the abs.
What on earth?!!

going primal is all about getting your body back to the way it was intended to be, all else will fall into place once it is there.
I agree with loafingcactus. Although all you have to do is add potatoes to your diet and work out and you're 'cut'. Potatoes are 100% primal (just not suggested for those of us trying to lose weight). There's two sides of eating primal: the side that will help you lose weight and the side that will keep you healthy and build muscle. Don't confuse the two.
&stop trolling.
Um...I'm a girl, but I've never been able to put on muscle until I started primal. I lost some fat but I gained muscle as well, almost without effort. Never happened to me before.
So...shouldn't it be even easier for men to put on muscle on primal, if a female can do it easily? Men generally build muscle WAY more easily than women.
Clearly the person that started the thread was not a skinny man.
This is a stupid thread based on a stupid first post.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/
