    Best Protein for Primal living?

    Hi there,

    Is whey protein a good option while living primal or would you guys recommend a different source for every day protein shake consumption?

    I use whey, but if you want a powder that's closer to primal then there are egg white protein powders.

    The protein in eggs is almost completely digestible (ie - unlike other whole protein sources we can absorb and use almost all of it). Totally primal and totally easy to use in smoothies/shakes.

    Only when cooked if not getting it from a powder. I also agree egg protein is the best.
