I don't use one. I had always until we did this 3 day food analysis thing in one of my food science class, and I discovered that I was way over 100 percent on pretty much all of my vitamins and nutrients. Since then I only take a cheap walmart vitamin when my diet gets really restricted for financial reasons.

    I use the following:

Mark's Damage Control Master Formula - 2 packs per day
    Fish Oil - Either Carlson's or Mark's - 3-5 grams/day
    Hammer Nutrition's Tissue Rejuvenator - 4 capsules/day
    SlowMag - 2 per day
Baby Aspirin - one per day

Plus, I am liberal with the use of sodium in my diet.

If you are eating PB and not severely calories restricting, you are unlikely to be under on the RDAs. Whether the RDAs mean anything is another story.
OP, I take vit D sporadically (just tested, not deficient), magnesium occasionally when I remember, and nothing else.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/

I eat a generic multivitamin...it's the target brand version of One-A-Day Vitacrave Gummies (One A Day VitaCraves™ Gummies). Probably don't need it, but I take it to hedge and because it's like candy.

I use rainbow light men's one energy multi. But I only use half a pill a day when my diet is solid.
