    Chocolate Pudding

    2 Hass avocados
    4 Tbsp (20g) raw cacao
1 smidgen spoons stevia concentrate powder
About 1Tbsp water or as needed

Remove skin and pits from avocado then add everything to a food processor blending until rich and creamy.

    Refrigerate any unused portion.

I couldn't make that. I'd have to eat the whole thing. It's hard enough for me to stick to just half an avocado in my salad.

Thanks! This might be something I'd make as a treat after I reach maintenance levels. For now, I'm avoiding extra sweeteners and sticking to only a square of chocolate after dinner.

This seems like a crime against avocados... :-(

    In general, I agree
But there are times when you just need something smooth and chocolate *right now* and that's the fastest way to get it.
I don't think it tastes like avocado, unless you don't add enough chocolate and vanilla.

I find raw cacao a little more intense with flavor than say Fry's cocoa. I didn't add any vanilla. Next time I'll add a smidge.

As I like chocolate and like any recipe that includes Chocolate . Although I have not tried it yet but I would definitely make it it home and will try it and I am sure that Chocolate Pudding would be delicious in its taste .
