    I do not have this book. But after reading Josh Bryant's answers in the Q&A over at elite, I would trust the info in that book. Plus if you have any questions about his program, just ask him at elite.

    Elite is awesome, however it may be more aimed at roided and/or equiped lifters, or at least a less "natural approach" than most PBers like. Let us know how it is if you get it.
