I am currently living in Mexico City but have plans to move back to the states later this year. Either California or Texas. I have been reading posts on this site for some time now because I have been trying to find a healthy diet that will work for me. I was vegan for a while and then I figured out that that diet was NOT healthy at all. Someone told me about this site and the rest is history.
I bought the book recently and have started reading it. Very interesting and logical. I am in the transitional phase now and hope to be 100% soon. I'm still trying to get dairy out of my life completely and bread, but I feel like the bread helps when I eat it right before working out. I guess I have said enough and I am looking forward to chating with you all!

You've gotta dump the bread. If you need carbs before a workout, maybe try some sweet potato.
