Yes, I have -- and only for about the last two weeks. Exactly as you describe. I'm not doing anything differently, so I'm curious as well as to the source of it. I'm still a long way from my goal weight, though.
I've been primal for several months and have been low carb at the same time, usually under 50g. Even though I've been low carb for a few months, everytime I stand up I get lightheaded for a few seconds. I'm at my ideal weight now so I guess the obvious answer is to up the carbs some.
I know people get lightheaded the first few weeks going low carb, but has anyone else experienced this past a few weeks of going low carb.

The lightheadedness could be a lot of things, but probably isn't serious. If it persists and/or gets worse, go see your doctor to check you over.
Could be dehydration. I get lightheaded if I don't drink enough water, or if I overconsume caffeine, for a week or so.
The reason upping carbs solves lightheadedness is that it causes the kidneys to slow down the excretion of salt. You can cut around that by just eating more salt. Now, you could have any number of medical conditions, I just go to that answer because I have chronic hyponatremia and have to watch my water overconsumption (which just makes it worse) and add salt to my food. The RDA for salt is just an average- there are people who need less, but there are other people who need 2x or more.

Maybe you are too LC. When I started Primal I ate an apple whenever I felt like that. It was about 3 a day at first but within a couple weeks I had stopped craving them.
