    is non-grassfed beef tallow and lard good too?

    i was wondering what to do if im unable to find a butcher that sells grassfed meat and i want to get lard or beef tallow...what to do what to do?

    Yeah it's still good. Beef fat is still low in PUFA and has good for you stuff. Grain-finished meat has higher omega-6 content, but it's still pretty low overall.

    I've been eating conventional beef organ meats for breakfast this week. The nearest weekend farmer's market is about an hour away, so I can't always get to it. You gotta work with what you've got.
