I use it for salads all the time:
Green or Savoy - Red cabbage - Green Onion - Red Pepper - Cucumber - Blanched Asparagus
Dress with Coconut oil, Fish Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Lime
Or
Roasted in the oven with carrots and bacon ( 425 for 20 minutes)
Or
Cabbage rolls stuffed with ground pork and cauliflower "rice". Topped with homemade roasted tomato sauce.
