Regular meat and salad intake seems to take care of my K requirements. Sources of K: http://tinyurl.com/ya3ztn8 (PDF)

    geraldh,

One of my favorite things in the winter is to chop up a big head of Kale or Mustard Greens, then saute them with a small Red Onion in some bacon fat.

Just had that for lunch today, in fact :-D

K is the symbol for the element of potassium

Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.
