I'm not sure why it took me so long to be introduced to MovNat but now that I've found it, there's no going back to the gym for me. Check out the videos on the movnat.com page if you haven't seen them. Awesome workouts in the most beautiful places nature has to offer. Sorry if this has been posted before, I just wanted more people to see it!

I really like what Erwin is doing. I am hoping to save up enough to go to one of his classes in WV sometime maybe next year. I already spent most of my Vacation time this year. If you don't know what it is, it is definitely worth checking out.

MovNat is awesome! I've been reading articles and interviews about Erwan and he is totally right on. I love it. My favorite "workout" recently was going to a local canyon and "hiking" up the streambed. It is so much fun!!
Check out Logan's blog over at WildMovement: The World is Our Playground. He is very much like MovNat. It's a good read.

I really like what I've read so far at WildMovement, just another site to add to my longgg list of sites to keep up to date with. And on that note, I've been reading up on slogging and I cannot WAIT to do some, hopefully with my beast of a dog. I love the amount of awesome that these forums have pointed me to so far.

I've just signed up for the MovNat's week long course in Thailand. Can't wait to be part of it and "relearn" how to move naturally. Has anyone else been on the course?
