    Good article - I generally notice a big divide between those with pure aesthetic goals and those with performance goals. The latter having a much greater resilience.

    Crossfit definitely has vastly increased my mental toughness; not only when working out and the physical drive that I have now but it has transcended to many other aspects of my life!

    Good stuff--climbing has definitely helped with my mental toughness...gotta be tough if you want to succeed at ALL at climbing. Mentality needs to be paid more attention to, IMO
