Only way to know for sure is to do it and keep track of your body composition. Shouldn't be a problem in general.
I workout 3 times a week and walk 2 miles 6 dayz a week and run 2 miles one's a week. My Q is on my 3 dayz i workout if i take in 100 to 150 on carbs will that help gain muscle and still lose fat. On my off dayz stay below 50 will i be able to gain muscle reduce fat? I'm really stressing over this because i want to maintain lean mass but have a nice i workout lookand stay strong for Hapkido. HELP
