Do some "moving slowly" and go for a walk!

So I'm sitting in a coffee shop, doing some work, and I have an overwhelming urge to MOVE. I want to go work out, or go for a run.
I'm doing Stronglifts right now, so I do that 3 days a week, and a couple of days a week I do a run of about 30 minutes.
I don't want to over train. I won't want to smoke my legs so they're not ready for my next day of Stronglifts, but I often get urges like this, to MOVE and push my body.
I'm really conflicted. Should I follow those urges when they hit me? Or should hold back and make sure that I'm giving my body plenty of recovery time? I don't want to burn out/send the ol' Cortisol levels through the roof.
If you wanna move, then move!!! That's great that you have so much energy. Eating right and exercise makes us healthy and HAPPY!
