Five months primal... 20 lbs. gone and a lot of education acquired!

    Primal Fuel
I am a 5'3' female and started at 166 lbs. I started January 20ish and today I weighed 146. I would still like to lose another 20 lbs. I feel like I am healing a life long battle of yo-yo dieting and finally feel at peace with food. I have learned so much and am so grateful for the Primal Blueprint and for all of your support and advice along the way!

    Awesome progress congrats!

How do people react when you tell them how you lost the weight? Isn't it funny...."Fat is good? No grains? But I thought you need grains? Whole eggs and steak????!!!!

People are so brainwashed... they can't believe I eat butter and cream in my coffee and steak for dinner. I have a couple of people really interested at work.. both even got the book (even the doc I work for is sold). One of my co-workers said I am looking so slim and the weight is just melting off of me. Yay!!

Yup its great when people start getting into it.

It's not just weight loss either. I've been so happy to see my best friend, who was already fit, switch to primal and have his depression lifted. He also doesn't have any more problems with his acid reflux.

    Fabulous!

I'm on pretty much the same path as you and still feel that I have 20 lbs to go. Success is an awesome feeling though, isn't it!
