That fuzzy coating on the roof of your mouth?
Recently I've been experimenting and have eliminated many, many foods in an effort to figure out which are triggering certain reactions in my body. It seems that something may have been slipped past me even though I've been extremely strict about finding out what has gone in to EVERYTHING I've put in my mouth. I was out of town yesterday, though, and I have a feeling that either some dairy snuck itself into my eggs (that were said to be cooked in nothing but olive oil), or that it's a nighthshade thing. Also could be an egg thing, as I only eat organic. I know they were brown, cage free but not necessarily organic.
I know I've seen some of you mention the coating on the roofs of your mouth and itchy ears after the ingestion of certain foods. Which foods caused those for you? I am also having some new GI issues after having had none for quite some time, but I'm not sure if the two are related.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
