Hey! I am new around here (HELLO!!). Been lurking around for a while. Found this site...kinda cool. Its a diet generator. You can put in your calories, types of food and even macros and it will generate a "diet" for you. Gives you an idea what and how much you should be eating.

Cool, yet disturbing. I can't select 2 meals per day but 9!!!! is an option? And starchy veggies are the ONLY veggie options? WOW!!!!

yikes...i didn't even realize those were the only veggies...but i guess besides those starchy ones, most veggies don't have don't have very many carbs, fat or calories...or at least the ones I enjoy...so maybe i can just eat as many as i want!!

I'm liking the note under each meal: "+ Lean, non-starchy vegetables"
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

Looks pretty good. Funny that the Perfect Health Diet comes out with whole grain pasta though

Wow. It just told me I should be eating a pound and a half of meat/fish every day I work out on a maintenance plan. That's nowhere close to accurate. I don't think I could eat that much more than once a week.
