    Lots of posts about cheating lately. It's kind of discouraging. Summer seems to be a really easy time to fall off the wagon.

    Does anyone else want to try to go 100% PRIMAL for a whole month (Until July 15)? No cheating... No grains, no ice cream, no sugar, no corn products, no hydrogenated anything, NO EXCUSES, just pure unadulterated plants and animals. Who else is with me???

    Me! I can do this! I just fell off the Whole 30 at the 10th day, but I can totally do this allowing for dairy on occasion.

    I'm a dairy consumer too... If I could't have a whole milk/greek yogurt or a piece of awesome cheese once a day, I would rather be riding around Wal-Mart in a scooter wearing a stained XXXXL t-shirt that has the Tazmanian Devil on the front saying "CHILL OUT DUDE"

    I am off ice cream for the forseeable future. Too many incidents in the past few weeks are making me nervous. I might eliminate beer too. Not sure yet. My daughter is due to be born on Sept. 1 and I was thinking I might go hardcore 100% till then. Good Luck Lobster.

    If dairy is part of your normal primal diet anyway (it does not cause you major distress) then that's fine. I'm personally trying to shoot for 100% rather than focusing on 80%/20% because I know for me, and for other people here, that 20% is becoming larger and larger...
