First of all, I've been trying to lose weight for the past 3 years unsuccessfully. Over the past two years, with great effort (mostly starving on CW diets and over-exercising cardio for up to 5 hours a day) I finally managed to budge 10 pounds, and kept cyclically shedding and gaining. Some 'problem spots' never lost at all. Since being on primal for 3 weeks, my problem spots that have been with me since 11 years all started shedding weight effortlessly, and I've dropped somewhere near 5 pounds with little to no cardio. And this is my 'set point' now, I can't keep the weight on even if I try. This is miraculous to me after the long and futile efforts of the previous two years, and considering I'm at about BMI 19-20 which means losing weight should be very hard for me in the first place. Health markers have improved dramatically too, such as sleep, mood, BP, and boundless energy. Go primal!

Amazingly, I was able to put together a reasonably Primal supper: steak, salad, grilled asparagus, and water.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

Glad you had such a great time dancing! I love to dance, too, but mostly do so around my house--cleaning to the oldies.

I bought a little boy Iron Man shirt today at Target when I went down to the States.. in a medium! It's not even tight either, I probably could have gotten a small for the "sexy nerd" look lmao.

I ate non-primal all weekend at a business retreat as an experiment. I didn't feel very good and all I could think was I couldn't wait to get home and get back to primal eating so I could feel GOOD. Event he sweets I ate weren't that awesome. Who would of ever thought that this could happen for me? Osso Busso for dinner tomorrow, woot!

Totally non Primal related, but I just found out I won $100 cash from one of the frugalista/deals blogs I frequent!

Way cool, TigerLily! It will be completely Primal related if you spend it all on meat.

It's one of those days that I have to "look the part" at work. I went to pull on a dress and was pretty frustrated that it was uncomfortably and indecently tight. Make that very frustrated. Until ... I realized that it was not the dress I intended to grab - it's a similar one I haven't been able to pull past my hips for almost a year.
