    Primal Fuel
Hooray for all the weight loss!

We're going to be at a Magic tournament all day tomorrow, and the gamer grub hubby bought was..more primal and less bad than I expected. It's mostly nut based, and some of them are candied, but the only thing with grains is the chocolate covered pretzels. (Makes me think we should do all family all day tourneys more often...though that would not be good for my waist)

Heh, ever since we went Primal, our gaming group's potluck fare has shifted from chips, dips and crackers to meats, cheeses, nuts, and low-sugar fruit. It's been awesome.
Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

    That is so awesome.
Two of the guys in our group ( we are a Starfleet International group, and this is just a side event) have just gone Primal too. Makes it great for all of us, and us you know as super nerdy could tend to use more help with the healthy living.

Went to a wedding this evening. I love to dance, but every time I've danced at a wedding before now, I've had to sit down gasping for breath due to exercise-induced asthma after about three songs.

Tonight I danced for about three hours with pretty much no breaks and never felt tired. I still feel awesome. And no asthma!

    I learned that I can't do math.

    That's really a success. LOL

    Instead of 3.25 + 1 + .75 + 2 = 7 I should have said 3.25 + 1 + (2 x.75) + 2 = 7.75.

As in, I lost 7.75 inches in a little bit over 30 days.

My other success is that it makes me happy. Something I wasn't feeling as much before I did this.

Metta - I love it - Remember being happy! So many people see it in us and want to know what we are doing but still, they can't believe it would work for them!
