    I have lost 19 pounds. I started the PB to help with migraines and joint pain, but I didn't expect this amazing weight-loss (hoped for it, but thought it couldn't work). The migraines have tapered off (only a few when I am not sleeping/dehydrated/etc.) and the joint pain is gone. The best part is that I can fit into a pair of jeans that have eluded me for 15 years. I've kept them to remind myself of skinnier days and I put them on yesterday and they fit. I still have more weight to lose, but those jeans were a triumph to me.

    I'm new (started Jan 13th) but.....

    13 lbs lost!
    2 inches off hips and tummy
    Fatty Liver Disease is fading liver panels normalized for the first time in over 3 years!!
    Swelling in my legs is not as bad as it was before

    annnnnd.....*drum roll please*

    I am noticing that men are starting to take a second glance again. At my age, this is a huge ego boost.

    Last night I was seriously jonesing for chocolate. I was on day 5 of autoimmune Whole30. I ate steak and a sweet potato. Totally satisfied me- the craving passed and I am now on day 6.

    Making the decision to do the whole 30 is my latest triumph. Completing it will be the next. And my last one was getting under 10% bodyfat, 8.9 to be exact.
    Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

    I've gotten in a size 24 jeans despite eating 1500+ calories a day. I've decided to reduce/eliminate dairy from my diet & to get back in to my workouts- got up this morning and yesterday and walked with weights.
