Isn't it such a great feeling when you realize that despite losing weight(assuming you did in that 18 months), you're still as strong as you used to be? I just got back into the gym this week as well - all those whippersnappers in there better watch it!

Well, no... I may have lost a few pounds in that time period (I think I was about 190-195 at that point, now I'm 185-190), but it definitely wasn't significant weight loss.

HTH! For those of us who are still iffy with sugar, IF'ing too often leads after a few days to big indulgences.
No, you were right, im still not sensitive enough.

I have a success, I had to go buy some new clothes yesterday because mine are falling off. I saw a scale in the store and decided to test it. I have lost nearly 30 lbs since starting full primal in July. I have dropped 2 pants sizes and now can wear smaller shirts. I'm very happy because I did this life change to feel better and have more energy, the weight loss is big added plus.

Oh definitely. I was quite pleased with what I did. In fact, my deadlift, military press, and squat yesterday were all close to or the same as what I was doing 18 months ago... of course, that doesn't mean I got any stronger... :-/ ...but I still have that strength base from which to progress!

My weight has been 149 for a couple days in a row now, so I am hesitantly declaring myself broken-through the 150 mark. When I hit 148 I will officially be 30 pounds down since June 1st.

When I started this journey I was almost at a size 44 at 5'7" and well on my way to XXXL for shirts. Three and a half months later I find myself in a Kohl's buying some gloves and a beanie for the coming winter and on a lark I plucked some size 36 jeans off the wall with a L button up shirt. Wasn't sure what to expect... well the pants ended up fitting perfectly, the shirt was a bit tight in the arms *flex*.
