I just ate all the fatty parts of a pork shoulder roast with 3/4 of the carrots and onions that went with it and a hefty portion of roasted potatoes. It probably added up to about 4000 calories. I will be about 0.1lbs lighter by tomorrow (based on past experiences with roasts).
And yes, potatoes are primal. Plus I'm mostly Irish and it's fall.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
