Nice ones CattyB and Glockin Grok! (And everyone else too, they're just the most recent!)

In one morning switch over from 38-34 pants, doubled my pullup max (2), and dropped below 200 lbs for the first time in a while.

I am officially sitting here in jeans (buttoned, zipped!) that I ordered back in June and were way too small at the time, like, not even close. I was supposed to return them, but just never got around to it.

Our office held a type of "Biggest Loser" contest starting in July. I put my $5.00 into the pot 2 weeks after starting Paleo/Primal (and having already lost about 15 lbs). It cost you a dollar if your weight had gone up from the previous week.

Today was the announcement of the winner --- ME (by a huge margin over the 1st runner-up)! I'd lost 8.14% of my 'starting' body weight and walked away with $57.00!
    Started 7/5/11 at 274 lbs
    Now 214 -- that's 60 lbs!
Goal 160 lbs -- last time there was in junior high!

Congrats CattyB! Nothing beats getting results, especially when there is a cash incentive!

I succeeded in avoiding the muffin in the fridge until it went stale! In a moment of weakness, I took it out and tried to nibble on it, but even the frosting was hard and it barely even squished in the middle (yes I consider cutting it open to save anything good left inside). It went into the trash with nary a sigh.

+2 primal points for me for resisting the lure of sugar addiction.
